In 10 chapters, all aspects of track riding are handled. Each chapter exists on itself, and is built based on one of the experiences I've had during my active racing career. Special attention is given to the analyses and determination of the riding lines, the riding position and specific skills such as braking and overtaking.
It's a result of almost 15 years of track-experience, 10 years of experience in datarecording and a 12-year obsession with suspension, not to forget 10 years of experience in teaching.
