Honda CBR1000RR ’07 Superbike
This bike was made on request of a customer who wanted a real superbike based on a Honda CBR1000RR. Our search didn't take too long:
The suspension is a FGR700 gas fork and a TTX rear shock absorber, both from the Öhlins racing line-up.
The magnesium wheels are from Marchesini (originally meant for a Ducati 999) and were adjusted in our workshop for use in the Honda.
The brakes came from the schelves of Brembo Racing, in the front as well as in the rear, just as the master cilinder and the clutch pump.
The engine was made by the only Belgian engine tuner active in WSB : Mike d’Hollander. It was built with the same spec as Alex Barros' 2006 engine.
D’Holda also signed for the body work, the body supports, and the HRC-CDI cable loom.
The rest of the chassis (triple clamps, foot pegs, clip-ons) were build here and adjusted, including the custome made work at the swingarm.
The engine as well as the chassis have been built with titanium and aluminum bolts, of which a part has been custom made.
The body work painting was done by our usual supplier, Paint-Atelier.
